At Pelican Sands we welcome our guests and offer a variety of accommodation options, to suit your needs.

All of our accommodation is fully self contained and located on just over 2 acres of waterfront, landscaped grounds with lawns that roll down to the waterfront.

We have tastefully refurbished "boutique" style Waterfront Queen Studios, a very romantic Waterfront Spa Studio which features an in room Spa for 2and Deluxe Waterfront 2 Bedroom Apartments, all with the most amazing waterfront views to the beach and beyond.

Family Beach Shacks also located on the waterfront and Garden View Studios.

As our rooms are fully self contained, we respect your privacy and do not service your rooms daily, however, we are more than happy to provide fresh linen and towels upon request during your stay. If you should require your room to be serviced daily,  an extra charge will apply.

Waterfront Spa Studio:
Beautifully refurbished with a relaxed coastal feel. This spacious studio apartment offers a pillow top queen bed, beautiful linen & soft towels, television, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and new ensuite bathrooms; plus a 2 person in-room spa. You can relax in the spa and watch the waves break on the beach. Truly stunning beach views and just a 30m stroll across the lawn to the waterfront.

Waterfront Queen Studios:
Beautifully refurbished with a relaxed coastal feel. These spacious studio apartments offer pillow top queen beds, beautiful linen & soft towels, television, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and new ensuite bathrooms. Two Bedroom Deluxe Waterfront Apartment:
Beautiful waterfront position, fully renovated and well appointed with beautiful linen and soft towels. Pillow top Queen bed and two singles or a king bed for couples travelling together. Beautiful new bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern living and dining, flat screen wall mounted television. Located off the living area, your own private deck with BBQ, and outdoor furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the most magnificent water views. The perfect spot to see the sun rise in the morning or enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets.

Garden Views Studios:
Fully Self contained. All have a double beds, plus  a set of bunks.  These are older style Studios which are spacious and clean and offer an economical style of accommodation for couples or families.  All have private ensuites, linen, kitchens , televisions, with garden and some ocean views.

Family Beach Shacks:
This is true "beach shack culture" and designed for families or again couples travelling together. These units are located on the waterfront with direct beach access and extra space for boats and trailers The Main bed is located in the Open Plan living & dining area, with a separate bedroom for the children (or the other couple. The second bedroom has either 2 singles or 1 set of bunks & 1 single and great views across the waterfront. Full kitchen, and bathroom, television, great beach and garden views. These units have s BBQ facilities and outdoor living areas located close at hand.

Co-Joined Family Unit
Fully Self Contained and ideal for the larger family or a group travelling together. Two rooms, side by side, with co-joined access. The first room has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, television and living area; the adjoining room has two sets of bunk beds, two single beds plus a second bathroom, television and living area. These are open plan studio style rooms. All linen is supplied, what could be easier?
